Zettel'z is one of Ingo Maurer's best-known lamps. It gives the user plenty of room for creativity as it can be set up in various ways depending on the placement of the thin rods. It can be arranged to fill the space, loosely or narrowly and densely. The blank sheets can be used for your own messages or sketches. The Japanese paper is very thin and translucent. For the larger Zettel'z (A5) two light sources provide ambient lighting and downward light, e.g. for a table surface. Zettel'z (A6) is a smaller version of Zettel'z and has no additional downlight, just a single E26 socket.
Ingo Maurer started to design exceptional lamps, lighting systems, and objects beginning in the middle of the 1960s, which his company produces and distributes worldwide. Manual production by hand is an integral part of their corporate philosophy and all Ingo Maurer designs have been hand-made in their production facility in Munich, Germany since 1970.
Zettel'z small includes 40 printed and 40 blank sheets of DIN A6 size sheets, large size includes 31 printed and 49 blank sheets of DIN A5 size sheets.
