Neo's durability and comfort come from its construction. Each sofa is handmade by skilled craftsmen using premium materials that are carefully sourced from around the world.
The Neo frame is constructed with a durable steel-reinforced laminated wood frame and has a steel-spring suspension system adapted from the automotive industry, which provides maximum support and comfort while occupying minimal space. The imported European seat and back cushions have been carefully selected for durability, firmness and comfort. Seat cushions are made of CFC-free polyurethane, softened by a continuous Dacron® wrap. Back cushions (50% Feather + 50% Siliconated polyester fiber flake filling) are baffled for even distribution and to prevent shifting of feathers and batting, thereby providing better lumbar support.
The Neo collection comes in a wide selection of fabrics and leathers. The fabric covers are removable for cleaning or replacement. The leather covers are upholstered on. Metal legs. Neo is available as an armchair, two-seat sofa, three-seat sofa and ottoman. Some assembly required.

Main drawback is the small feather quills often poke through the fabric; they are very sharp and have to pulled out or pushed back in. I expect a better cushion design for an $8K sofa. Setup wasn’t too difficult but instructions would have helped- none were included and we couldn’t find any online.
Was a little apprehensive ordering a costly item on line without the opportunity to test the comfort of cushions and depth and height to my 5 foot 4 inch frame. But! All is perfect. The leather is very high quality and cushions just right firmness. Loving the chaise part. Perfect for reading and TV. Worth the long wait delivery. Chose the Antracite color . A very deep blue undertoned grey. Looks great.
